Job summary

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group, LLC (SVCG) is recruiting a Knowledge Management Specialist to work onsite at Ft. Meade, MD. You’ll design and maintain SharePoint sites, automate workflows with Power Apps/Power Automate, and build Power BI dashboards to support MARFORCYBER operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SharePoint experience, strong Office 365 integration skills, and a TS/SCI with CI Poly within 5 years. DoD cybersecurity familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience integrating SharePoint with other Office 365 tools and services.
• Understanding of information architecture, site/page design, and permission models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online/2019 sites, libraries, and lists for IKM requirements.
• Customize SharePoint using Power Platform to automate workflows and improve data accessibility.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to support MARFORCYBER data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support for SharePoint issues, permissions, and site administration.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant with DoD MARFORCYBER IT policies.
• Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for maintenance and knowledge transfer.
