Job summary

Information Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst to support secure laboratory spaces within NIWC Pacific.

This on-site role focuses on operational and administrative support, security, and asset management to maintain inspection readiness and compliance with government policies. You will open/close spaces, track access and inventories, prepare for inspections, and develop reports and standard operating procedures to strengthen accountability and efficiency in daily lab

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Acquisition, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in management analysis, program support, operations, asset management, or security administration.
• Experience with DoD/DoN is preferred and facility access procedures followed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong record-keeping and ability to track multiple operational requirements and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close secure laboratory spaces following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to secure spaces for authorized personnel only.
• Maintain property inventories, access logs, and accountability records.
• Prepare for inspections and coordinate corrective actions with Government personnel.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements for accountability and efficiency.
