Job summary

IntelliPro seeks an IT Lab Computing Analyst for a 6-month on-site contract in Olympia, WA. You will implement, monitor, and support customer laboratory IT environments integrated with instrumentation and benchtop computing processes.

The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills, plus experience with Windows security, OS support, inventory, and compliance programs in a lab setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent technical experience required.
• Experience with Windows OS, security and lab IT environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and support laboratory IT environments integrated with instrumentation.
• Administer Windows-based platforms and on-boarding/retirement of equipment.
• Provide technical support for operating systems, desktops, and peripherals.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and report regularly.
• Act as liaison for software/hardware inquiries and engage in client team meetings.
• Maintain inventory and support change management efforts.
