Significance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst – NIWC to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.

This on-site role requires an Active Secret Clearance and focuses on mid-level analytical and operational support to NIWC Pacific’s Finance and Corporate Operations. The analyst will conduct research, analyze financial and operational data, develop reports and dashboards, and support governance documentation and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of experience in management/financial analysis or program support
• Experience reviewing financial/operational transactions for accuracy and trends
• Experience preparing analytical reports, executive summaries, and briefing materials
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik)
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies in data
• Experience documenting processes and improving workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with sensitive financial or operational data

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level analytical and operational support to NIWC Pacific’s Finance and Corporate Operations
• Support financial reporting, portfolio management, and performance tracking
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings from data
• Assist with reconciliations and governance documentation
• Collaborate across Finance, Business Analytics, Strategy Management and other domains
• Contribute to process improvement and cross-functional initiatives
• Prepare briefing materials for leadership and governance reviews
• Travel as required by SOW
