Job summary

Nooks is seeking a Principal Site Lead for its secure facilities in El Segundo, CA and Arlington, VA. You will own the physical, operational, and financial success of the site, leading a cross‑functional team to deliver premium, secure user experiences and to expand secure spaces as needed.

You will manage daily operations, lead launch and construction efforts, ensure 99.9% uptime, and drive improvements from direct feedback. Expect startup-like urgency, collaboration with HQ, and travel ~10–20%.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Operational leadership: 7+ years of managing physical/industrial ops.
• Business acumen: site-level budget or P&L ownership.
• Startup agility: experience in venture-backed or high-growth settings.
• Technical aptitude: familiarity with enterprise IT network infra.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations and launch execution at the facility.
• Maintain 99.9% uptime for secure spaces and facilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across security, IT, finance, hospitality, and more.
• Coordinate with HQ and external partners to avoid operational stalls.
