Job summary

Nooks is seeking a senior construction project manager to own end-to-end delivery of secure spaces. You will coordinate design across SD, DD, CD, manage general contractors, and drive on-time handoffs to Operations.

The role requires ownership of scope, schedule, and budget across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have extensive construction/architecture PM experience, proficiency with Procore and drawing-review tools, and are US citizens with security-clearance interest.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management in construction and architecture
