Job summary

Nooks is building secure, classified environments for defense and national security. This role leads the end-to-end delivery of physical spaces, from design coordination to turnover, across multiple sites.

You’ll own scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating architects, engineers, and GC teams to meet accreditation standards. The position is remote or hybrid with up to 50% travel to project sites, reporting to the Construction function within Product as part of the Nooks Construction Team led by

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in construction/architecture.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD phases.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors, including RFIs and change orders.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore), Google Workspace, and drawing-review software.
• Must live in a major West Coast city.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects from design coordination through turnover.
• Oversee construction execution, schedule tracking, site coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders to align with design intent and budget.
• Lead permitting and approvals to protect project schedules.
