Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead physical security operations for the Nebius San Francisco office. You will own the day-to-day security posture of the site, protect employees, visitors, assets and infrastructure, and ensure local practices are robust, compliant and aligned with Nebius corporate standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting clear processes, managing vendors and front-desk security personnel, and responding calmly when incidents occur.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing physical security operations in large corporate or tech environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of U.S., California and San Francisco security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with surveillance systems and access-control platforms.
• Ability to create risk assessments, incident reports and corrective actions.
• Calm, credible decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations at the Nebius San Francisco office, maintaining a safe, secure environment for employees, visitors and company assets.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve site-specific security policies, procedures and training.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and access-control processes, coordinating with vendors for reliable operation.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site reviews and physical-security checks; drive corrective actions to completion.
• Serve as the primary local liaison with law enforcement, emergency services and building management during incidents.
• Lead investigations into security breaches and incidents, document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Direct and coach front-desk security personnel on-site to maintain consistent security standards.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, People, Legal/Compliance and site leadership to align local practices with company-wide security expectations.
