Job summary

Nooks is seeking a dedicated Construction Program Lead to own end-to-end delivery of secured spaces. You will coordinate design, construction, and handoff from design to Operations, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget stay on target.

This role requires independent work from a remote or hybrid base with substantial site travel, and close collaboration with Product Security and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in construction and architecture.
• Experience coordinating drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD phases.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawing processes across SD, DD, and CD phases to align with standards.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, track schedule, coordinate site operations, and resolve issues.
• Lead permitting and approvals, protecting the schedule and ensuring compliance.
