Job summary

ASEC is seeking a Facilities Manager to support NAWDC at NAS Fallon, Nevada. You will coordinate facility projects, MILCON planning, and secure infrastructure from planning through closeout, working with military and NAVFAC teams to ensure mission readiness.

A Top Secret clearance is required; US citizenship; 100% on-site work. Strong program management, SOW development, and ICD 705/SAPF knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business related area required.
• 3 years of DoD acquisition experience with at least 1 year in program management.
• 5+ years managing facility-type projects within secure facilities.
• Experience with DoD Public Works organizations, NAVFAC preferred.
• PMP/MPM/IAMP certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF and SAPF construction requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
• Self-directed, proactive work style with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NAWDC facility projects, renovations, MILCON planning and execution support.
• Develop scopes, schedules, milestones, cost estimates, and supporting documentation for Government review.
• Assist NAVFAC engineers and Government stakeholders with SOWs and project requirements.
• Track progress, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate site visits, project meetings, construction access, and schedules to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with security on secure facility construction and SAPF/ICD 705 requirements.
• Support inspections and closeout activities; document deficiencies and corrective actions.

Education
