Job summary

ASEC is seeking a Facilities Manager at NAS Fallon, NV, to coordinate facility projects, manage budgets, and ensure secure, compliant construction in support of NAWDC operations. You will work with active-duty personnel, NAVFAC, and contractor teams to deliver on-time, within-scope facilities improvements.

Ideal candidates have DoD acquisition experience, a strong program management background, and knowledge of ICD 705 SCIF/SAPF requirements. This on-site role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• This position requires an associate’s degree (or equivalent, formal coursework) in a business related area.
• 3 years of DoD acquisition experience with at least 1 year of program management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing facility-type projects within secure facilities.
• Experience with DoD Public Works organizations, NAVFAC preferred.
• PMP, IAMP, MPM (or similar) certification is a plus.
• ICD 705 SCIF/SAPF construction knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NAWDC facility projects, MILCON planning and execution support.
• Develop scopes, schedules, milestones, cost estimates, and SOWs with stakeholders.
• Assist NAVFAC engineers and Government stakeholders on project requirements.
• Track progress, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and risks; recommend actions.
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, construction access, and schedules to minimize disruption.
• Ensure secure facility requirements are met with ICD 705 and SAPF standards.
• Support inspections and document deficiencies through to government acceptance.
