Job summary

NOOKS is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of physical spaces, from early design through construction and handoff to Operations. This role demands owning scope, schedule, and budget across multiple sites, translating product standards into buildable solutions, and coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of PM in construction/architecture.
• Experience coordinating drawing sets across SD, DD, CD.
• Experience managing contractors and RFIs/submittals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full drawing process across SD, DD, CD phases to align with Nooks standards.
• Oversee general contractors and vendors, track schedule, resolve site issues.
• Own project from design to turnover, manage scope, schedule, budget.
