Job summary

BOK Financial is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to manage properties, occupancy, and renovations. The role focuses on coordinating all aspects of projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline while developing corporate standards for space planning and facilities to meet organizational needs.

The Senior Construction Project Manager will provide direction and ownership for end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities/Project Management and 8+ years of construction or design project management experience.
• Experience with Design-Build and Construction Management at Risk project delivery methods preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of design and construction management and facilities project management.
• Advanced project planning/management skills with the ability to coordinate many activities and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and external contractors and vendors.
• Understanding of financial industry requirements and occupancy planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects to support business goals and real estate strategies.
• Lead internal stakeholders through design and construction with integrated ownership priorities.
• Create and manage project estimates and budgets for design, construction, relocation, and occupancy.
• Oversee selection processes for consultants, contractors, and vendors from RFQs/RFPs to contracts.
• Coordinate all project phases, ensuring quality and compliance to minimize costs and risks.
• Create and oversee project schedules and address scheduling issues with solutions.
• Help create and implement workspace standards to improve efficiency and reduce occupancy costs.
