This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sector Project Lead - Healthcare, Directed Content based in the United States. This role combines deep healthcare industry knowledge with project leadership to strengthen the quality, relevance, and efficiency of proprietary research content.

You will lead strategic projects and process improvements that expand coverage of key healthcare companies, markets, and emerging trends.

Working across research, product, engineering, and operations teams, you will help shape innovative content strategies and improve research workflows.

You will review expert interview transcripts and contribute sector expertise to the development and quality assurance of AI-powered interviewing tools.

By translating customer feedback and industry insights into actionable improvements, you will help deliver more valuable intelligence to investment professionals and other business users.

Accountabilities

• Lead strategic projects and process initiatives with Directed Content stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, content quality, and business performance.
• Apply healthcare sector expertise when collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, providing subject-matter input and conducting quality assurance for new products and features.
• Review and assess expert interview transcripts, particularly those generated through AI-led interviews and third-party vendors, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and high-quality insights.
• Partner with Content Innovation and Strategy teams to identify and develop new healthcare-focused content streams for AI-led interviewing.
• Identify high-value healthcare research and expert interview content for promotional activities and support broader content development initiatives.
• Collect, synthesize, and share customer feedback on healthcare content coverage, translating insights into improvements to research processes and content strategy.
• Build effective feedback loops with project teams to continuously improve the quality, relevance, and usefulness of future content.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to pilot, evaluate, and optimize AI-enabled tools that increase project throughput and improve quality assurance accuracy.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in equity research at a sell-side bank, investment firm, hedge fund, research provider, or expert network; alternatively, relevant experience in healthcare strategy, competitive intelligence, business development, or healthcare consulting within biopharma, medtech, or related sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key market participants, business models, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities and deadlines, and deliver against business objectives.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to form independent judgments and develop original insights.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex sector information clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions in an environment where effective communication and information‑sharing are critical.
• A curious, client‑oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving work environment.
• Familiarity with expert interviews or primary research is relevant to the role's focus on high‑quality, insight‑driven healthcare content.

Benefits
