Job summary

SaidGig in the United States is seeking a leader to drive high-impact healthcare and medical data projects that train and evaluate frontier AI models. You will serve as primary contact for AI lab customers, directing expert teams that include physicians, professors, and PhDs, and building scalable data workflows with strong integrity.

Qualifications

• An entrepreneurial, startup-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and execute solutions quickly in high-stakes settings.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-moving environment.

Work Terms

Full-time, remote role.

Compensation

The stated annual compensation range is $400, 000 to $550, 000. The national base-salary range stated for this full-time position is $180, 000 to $230, 000 USD. Eligible employees may receive equity compensation and performance-based bonuses, depending on role and applicable policies.

Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement of health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional remote-workforce benefits.
