AlphaSense in New York, NY is seeking a Sector Specialist on the Directed Content team to elevate healthcare content quality and efficiency. You will report to the Director of Research, Healthcare, and lead strategic projects that improve operations.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in equity research or healthcare strategy, strong project management, and the ability to QA transcripts with engineering and product teams. A curious, client‑oriented mindset is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in equity research at a sell-side bank, investment firm, hedge fund, or comparable healthcare industry experience.
• Deep domain expertise in Healthcare with knowledge of key players, business models, and trends.
• Strong project management and ability to lead initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Experience QA-ing transcripts and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and process initiatives to improve operational performance.
• QA reviews of expert transcripts, especially those with the AI interviewer and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Content teams to shape directed content streams.
• Identify and develop healthcare directed content to be featured in AlphaSense offerings.
• Gather feedback to drive content improvements and operational efficiency.
