Job summary

Ladders seeks a Sector Project Lead - Healthcare, Directed Content to guide healthcare-focused content projects for an AI-enabled research and insight platform. This role collaborates across Content, Product, Engineering and Operations to improve content outcomes.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually. You will lead projects, QA transcripts, and develop directed content streams with the content innovation team to advance product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research or comparable healthcare industry roles.
• Deep Healthcare domain expertise and knowledge of industry trends.
• Proven project leadership and deadline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and process initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to provide input and perform QA on new products.
• Conduct QA reviews of expert transcripts from AI interviews and third-party vendors.
• Identify and develop directed content streams for AI-led interviewers with content innovation team.
• Highlight insightful healthcare content for promotional activities and support content initiatives.
• Synthesize and distribute customer feedback to drive process and content improvements.
• Establish feedback loops with project teams to enhance future content quality.
• Pilot and optimize AI-enabled tools with Operations and Product teams to improve project throughput.

For our client, we are seeking a Sector Project Lead - Healthcare, Directed Content to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead healthcare-focused content projects that support an AI-enabled research and insight platform in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. You will work across Content, Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve project execution, content quality, and the overall customer experience. The position blends healthcare domain expertise with project leadership, QA, and process improvement, with a strong emphasis on turning feedback and market knowledge into better content outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
