Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing operations management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production schedules and activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance and quality control to optimize production efficiency.
• Drive RCCA and continuous improvement initiatives; plan and conduct Kaizen events.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, and policies; supervise and develop staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies and standards.
