Job summary

HOLT Manufacturing seeks a Manufacturing Floor & QA Supervisor to lead the floor team, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure high-quality output on the Waco area production lines. The role emphasizes coaching, standard work, and sustained teamwork to meet quality targets.

You will model leadership values, train staff, participate in RIWs and Kaizen events, and collaborate with the Section Manager to optimize staffing and production flow while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years (preferred) of evaluating business processes, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Six Sigma Green Belt training and CPS knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences productive teams for Legendary Customer Service.
• Models and reinforces HOLT’s Values Based Leadership tools and processes.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains Team Members; task and behavior oriented.
• Performs duties of other team members during absences.
• Provides input to direct Manager on goals for manufacturing and QA.
• Updates metric boards and supports Lean initiatives.
• Leads RIWs and Kaizen events to improve processes, safety, and quality.
