Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator to support the Manufacturing Excellence program and P2X initiatives at the Waco Mfg and Rebuild site. The role focuses on coordinating improvement work from problem identification through implementation, verification, standardization, and sustainment, while engaging employees to remove barriers and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or cross-functional process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, reinforce, and recognize the use of Values Based Leadership to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Coordinate improvement projects from problem definition through implementation, verification, standardization, and sustainment.
• Track actions to completion, verify countermeasures, and reduce recurrence of issues.
• Support NPI lifecycle and cross-functional improvement initiatives while preserving function ownership.
