Job summary

HOLT Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Coordinator to support the Manufacturing Excellence and P2X programs in our Waco, Texas facility. You will coordinate improvement work, track progress, and help implement Lean initiatives across multiple functions, with emphasis on QCD and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in lean methods, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with ERP and process-mapping proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years in manufacturing operations or cross-functional process improvement required.
• Engineer-to-order / project-based environments preferred; Lean/Six Sigma exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvement projects from problem definition through closure.
• Track actions, verify countermeasures, and sustain results across functions.
• Support NPI lifecycle and cross-functional execution in the MAC division.
• Promote and reinforce Values Based Leadership tools and processes.
