Job summary

HOLT Manufacturing in Waco, TX, seeks a Manufacturing Floor and Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead floor operations and drive quality. You will develop staff, align objectives, and promote Lean practices while maintaining safety and high performance.

You will supervise a team, coach for growth, and coordinate with the MAC department to meet production goals and sustain Legendary Customer Service. This role demands hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years evaluating business processes; four years preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt training preferred.
• Supervisory responsibilities: interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences productivity and teamwork to ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains Team Members; lead during absences.
• Performs duties of other team members when needed.
• Leads in Lean improvements and RIWs to improve safety and quality.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and company standards.
