Job summary

HOLT Manufacturing in Waco, Texas, is seeking a Manufacturing Floor and Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the floor team and drive lean improvements. You will align objectives, development, and leadership styles, conduct timely performance reviews, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, staffing adjustments, and supporting RIWs and Kaizen events to optimize throughput and quality across the line.

• Coaches, mentors, and trains Team Members; supports Lean initiatives and safety compliance.
• Performs duties of other roles during absences to maintain workflow.
• Provides input on achieving goals in manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
• Leads or participates in Rapid Improvement Workshops and Kaizen events.
