Brantley-Properties-Inc is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Myrtle Beach, SC region to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities. The role entails driving occupancy, managing property maintenance, and ensuring financial targets are met across designated properties.

The position requires 5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with corporate staff. Regular travel and full-time schedule are expected.

• 5+ years of property management experience required.
• Oversee marketing and occupancy results for each property.
• Oversee maintenance of each property.
• Manage financial operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and government regulations.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with corporate staff.
• Prepare, complete and maintain all required paperwork accurately and on deadlines.
• Supervise site staff and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
