Job summary

Partnership Property Management LLC is seeking an experienced Resident Systems Specialist based in Greensboro, NC. The role collaborates with Operations, Compliance and Housing Agencies to ensure residents’ rent and subsidy ledgers are accurate.

You will manage Section 8 renewals and terminations, review ledgers, and perform data entry in ResMan. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate with Site Managers and Housing Agencies.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite proficiency including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task within specific time constraints.
• Ability to work with other team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts.
• Prior experience in ResMan software or other property management systems a plus.
• Prior experience with Section 8, Rural Development, and Tax Credit programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Section 8 renewals, adjustments, and terminations.
• Review resident ledgers and make corrections.
• Data entry utilizing ResMan software.
• Communicate with Site Managers, Property Managers, and Housing Agencies.
• Run monthly aged receivable reports.
• Complete special projects requested by supervisor.
