Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant with experience in affordable housing, particularly Section 8 and LIHTC programs. The role focuses on guiding prospective residents through leasing, maintaining compliance, and delivering excellent customer service at the Wilmington, NC community.

You will manage applications, coordinate leases, and support property goals while upholding fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8, LIHTC) preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Process leasing applications under Section 8 and LIHTC guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate lease execution and renewals with property management and compliance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Greet residents and conduct tours of affordable housing units.
