Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and accurate records for all scholars with active Section 504 plans.
• Track annual Section 504 review dates, reevaluation timelines, transfer meetings, and deadlines.
• Schedule and coordinate Section 504 committee meetings and communications.
• Prepare and manage Section 504 paperwork, notices, and records.
• Facilitate Section 504 meetings professionally and compliantly.
• Ensure access to finalized accommodation information for school staff.
