BCG Attorney Search seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of ITC experience and a strong understanding of ITC-specific issues.

The role requires active bar admission or commitment to obtain one and readiness to work within a dynamic litigation team. Responsibilities include handling Section 337 ITC cases, collaborating with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit, and developing strategic approaches to complex disputes

Qualifications

• Experience in Section 337 ITC cases (3–6 years).
• Knowledge of domestic industry, remedies and enforcement.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects effectively under pressure.
