BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of ITC litigation experience and participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.

The role requires familiarity with ITC issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, with an active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain one.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• 3–6 years ITC litigation experience.
• Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects effectively under pressure.
