Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Oakland, CA, with 3–6 years of ITC experience. The ideal candidate will understand ITC-specific issues and work across the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit with fellow attorneys to develop litigation strategy.

The role requires a JD, an active CA bar license (or commitment to obtain), excellent academics, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITC Section 337 cases is preferred.
• Bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Familiarity with ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Address ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry and enforcement.
• Collaborate with attorneys in related business units.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
