The ideal candidate will handle ITC cases, coordinate with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit, and articulate strategic directions.

Candidates must have experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases, be admitted to the bar in Wisconsin or willing to obtain, and demonstrate excellent academic credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in Section 337 ITC cases is required.
• Familiarity with ITC rules and remedies is preferred.
• Bar license active in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
