Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Saint Louis, MO with 3–6 years of ITC litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases, and possess familiarity with ITC-specific issues and IP law.

Active bar admission in the state or plan to obtain one is required. The role involves participating in ITC cases, collaborating with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team, and delivering strategic actions under pressure

Qualifications

• Three to six years of ITC litigation experience.
• Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Familiarity with ITC-specific issues and IP law.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
