Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of ITC experience and will handle ITC cases within our ITC-focused teams.

Candidates must have experience in Section 337 ITC cases, bar admission in Wisconsin (or commitment to obtain), and a proven ability to manage multiple proceedings while delivering strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Familiarity with domestic industry, remedies, and enforcement.
• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transport unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects effectively under pressure.
