Tulsa County invites applications for a clerical/data-entry role supporting the Family Center for Juvenile Justice. Under supervision, you will type letters, prepare reports, and manage databases and police records with discretion and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
  • Ability to type 60 WPM and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access; familiarity with JOLTS and court policies.

Responsibilities

  • Type letters and correspondence including legal documents.

  • Maintain police reports and databases and forward to agencies as needed.
  • Prepare databases and statistics of social files for management.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
