Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer & Architect to support DoD customers with an enterprise IT service delivery model. You will design and develop ServiceNow instances on-prem for USAF environments and lead ITSM configurations and integrations.
You will work with JavaScript, APIs, and database tech, and present demos to stakeholders while ensuring secure, high-quality deliverables in a diverse, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- 7+ years as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Configuration Management.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs and server-/client-side JavaScript.
- Experience with web services (SOAP/REST, SSO-SAML), integrations to other apps.
- Experience presenting demos to client stakeholders and participating in reviews.

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer & Architect to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases. The ServiceNow Developer will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services. They will design and develop self-hosted ServiceNow instances in support of an on-prem environment supporting the USAF. They will support configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM capabilities within the platform. Provide technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations.

- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- 7+ Years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules, as well as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management,
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
- Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
- o Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
- At least one of the following certifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)
