Job summary

I2X Technologies is a technology services provider for the Federal Government, headquartered in Colorado, delivering solutions across the US. We seek a network engineer to manage IP/SATCOM networks, perform configurations, and support DoD SATCOM gateways.

You will work in a 24/7 operations environment, handling MILSATCOM encryption devices and SATCOM architectures while ensuring compliance and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets using DISA ticketing applications for network issues.
• Monitor network events and element management in real time 24/7.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls and voice equipment for IP networks.
• Configure IP satellite modems and manage option/boot/RSP files.
• Remotely access and de-access clients on IP/SATCOM networks.
• Troubleshoot SATCOM and IP network issues with DoD SATCOM Gateways.
• Verify equipment operates in baseline configuration.
• Provide global equipment configurations at DoD SATCOM Gateways using SAA/GAA.
