The role serves as the lead in the absence of the Warehouse Manager, coordinating with government and contractor stakeholders, and driving accurate inventory, reporting, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five years.
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and storage procedures.
• Experience with inventory accountability and warehouse operations.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse material operations and activities.
• Supervise contractor personnel and ensure effective performance.
• Coordinate with Government representatives and internal teams to support mission requirements.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory accountability and transaction processing.
• Provide timely and accurate operational reporting.
