Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking a Test & Evaluation Specialist III to support ABMS TE&C services for DoD testing programs. The role requires coordinating test activities across government and contractors, with emphasis on evaluation frameworks and data-driven results.

Ideal candidates will have DoW testing experience, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills. The role entails on-site work with travel up to 25%, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance on hire date.
• At least 1 certification in area of specialization (e.g., Sec+/SecX, ITIL4/ITIL5, CTEP).
• Education must be in a relevant technical curriculum with sufficient experience: Doctorate/Master’s ≥4 years or Bachelor’s ≥6 years.
• Experience with Department of War (DoW) acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial test planning through final test report.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to produce Analysis Structure (AS) with Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM) and Test Plans.
• Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings.
• Serve as primary focal point coordinating test activities among Government, users, support agencies, and stakeholders.
• Participate in test execution including data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to Data Analysis Groups for all test activities.
• Analyze test results and translate data into MOP/MOE driven results aligned to AS.
• Produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments and Risk Assessments from test data.
