Job summary

Digital Consultants is seeking Senior Test Specialist for ABMS/OTE efforts. You will perform Joint Interoperability Test, Evaluation, and Certification activities across CBC2, TOC-L, DIFC2, ABADS-MD, and DI programs, collaborating with government and customer teams.

The role requires active Secret clearance, relevant certifications, and DoW testing experience. Strong written and verbal communication, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret clearance at hire date.
• Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization (e.g., Sec+/SecX, ITIL4/ITIL5, CTEP).
• Education: Doctorate or Master’s with 4+ years or Bachelor’s with 6+ years in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with DoW acquisition developmental/OT testing from initial planning to final report.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to write complex issues clearly.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Analysis Structure (AS) with Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM) and Test Plans.
• Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) WIPT meetings.
• Coordinate all test activities between Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and stakeholders.
• Participate in test execution and data collection.
• Analyze test results and translate data into MOP/MOE driven results aligned to AS.
• Produce Quick Look Reports and Joint Interoperability Certifications/Assessments and Risk Assessments.
