Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree (Doc/Master) with 4+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s with 6+ years in a technical field.
• Experience performing DoW-style acquisition testing from planning through final report is required.
• Proficient in translating test data into clear, actionable findings and communicating complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct document reviews to produce Evaluation Frameworks and Data Source Matrices.
• Coordinate and participate in WIPT meetings for ABMS TE&T efforts.
• Serve as primary liaison between Government, participants, and support agencies for test activities.
• Participate in test execution and data collection during tests.
• Analyze results to derive MOP/MOE-driven insights aligned to AS.
• Produce assessments and risk analyses from test data.
