Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking a Test & Evaluation Specialist I at Fort Huachuca, AZ to support TEC II services for the DoD. The role covers ABMS test and evaluation activities, coordinating with government and stakeholders, and delivering assessments and reports throughout the testing lifecycle.

The candidate should have a Secret clearance, 4 years of specialized/military experience, and familiarity with DoW acquisition testing from planning to final report, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills demonstrated in verbal, written and presentation contexts.
• Demonstrated experience with DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial test planning through final report.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to produce Evaluation Frameworks (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM) and Test Plans.
• Coordinate test activities between Government, users, and support agencies.
• Lead data collection during tests and analyze test results for MOP/MOE driven outcomes.
• Produce Joint Interoperability Assessments and Risk Assessments based on test data.
