Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineer Level 2/3 to join the on-site team in Northridge, CA. You will create and maintain test plans, perform data collection and analysis, and prepare reports documenting results for program stakeholders.

Collaborate across Systems, Software, and other engineering functions while using instrumentation and MATLAB/Excel to meet verification objectives. The role requires a Secret clearance and involves travel to support AARGM/AARGM ER LRIP programs; relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 0+ years.
• Experience using test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc.).
• Active government issued Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable test plans addressing verification requirements.
• Prepare data, test reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Communicate test results and path forward via Word/PowerPoint.
• Utilize test instruments and software to support hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, and other engineering functions.
• Attend external test events and support data reduction in MATLAB/Excel.
