Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer for Integration & Test in Woodland Hills, CA, to drive system-level test plans and automation. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure testing aligns with customer requirements and schedules.

You will assess system performance, participate in formal reviews, and coordinate test activities on site. Ideal candidates hold STEM degrees, have experience with MATLAB and programming, and can obtain/maintain a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
• Experience authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity and cataloging.
• Proficient in MATLAB, C, C++, C#, and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions.
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of test plans, procedures and schedules.
• Design a formal qualification strategy to qualify new system designs using MS Word, Excel, DOORS.
• Develop test scripts to automate test campaigns.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and review requirements for completeness.
• Assess performance of navigation systems and mission computers via data analysis.
