Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of related experience or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year in systems.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
• Experience in systems engineering, MBSE, and lab/test environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system test activities and develop test plans.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and program leadership on architecture decisions.
• Translate requirements into lab configurations and test readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-team testing and ensure lab integration of HW/SW interfaces.
• Prepare engineering reports and interface control documents.
