Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a TES Requirements Analyst with active Secret clearance to develop and staff ACIDS documentation for Live Training systems. You will work with government SMEs and engineers to finalize ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, STRAPs, and use cases, ensuring traceability and timely delivery.

Required DAU WAU training and DoD stakeholder experience, plus strong writing and briefing skills. The role emphasizes analysis, cross-agency coordination, and adherence to regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience developing ACIDS documentation and staffable requirements products.
• Ability to translate operational/training needs into requirements.
• Familiarity with Army regulatory guidance and ACIDS process.
• Knowledge of DOTMLPF-P considerations and capability analyses.
• Strong written and oral communication in Government environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide requirements development and staff coordination for ACIDS documentation.
• Develop ICDs, A-CDD, CDD, CPD, STRAP, and other requirements documents.
• Create CONEMPs and supporting use cases for Live Training Systems.
• Maintain requirements data in KDP with required suspense timelines.
• Perform or support gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and DOTMLPF-P assessments.
• Coordinate validation and approval across multiple commands and agencies.
• Develop and integrate metrics (KPPs, KSAs, Measures).
• Post products to designated collaboration environments and ensure traceability.
