Job summary

JANUS Research Group in the United States is seeking an IS Requirements Analyst to provide requirements-development and analytical support for ACIDS documentation within Live Training systems. Active Secret clearance required, with a target salary range of $115k-$120k.

The role focuses on staffing, validation, and analysis of requirements across Government SMEs and commands, including STRAPs, ICDs, and CPD/CDD documentation, to ensure traceability and interoperability for live and training

Qualifications

Expert knowledge and experience in ACIDS documentation development.
Ability to translate operational needs into staffable requirements products.
Proficiency with requirements analysis, staffing, and coordination.
Familiarity with Requirements Authority processes and government environments.
Experience with live training instrumentation and data concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and staff ACIDS requirements products (ICD, A-CDD, CDD, CPD, STRAP, etc.).
Create CONEMPs and use cases for Live Training systems with operational threads and standards.
Capture and maintain requirements-analysis data in the KDP app within suspense timelines.
Perform capability-gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and DOTMLPF-P assessments as directed.
Review STRAPs for impact and provide results to the Government SME.
Coordinate validation/approval across T2COM, Army Commands, and other agencies.
