Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a TES Requirements Analyst to provide requirements development and analytical support for Live Training systems. You will work with Government SMEs, engineers, and architects on ACIDS documentation and related staffing packages.

The role emphasizes engagement fidelity, interoperability, and lifecycle considerations within TES equities, with a required active Secret clearance. Target salary is $115k–$120k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Army ACIDS documentation and translating needs into staffable requirements.
• Ability to develop and staff requirements packages per Army guidance and ACIDS process.
• Experience with the Force Management System Web (FMSWeb) for requirements analysis.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis using gaps, tasks, conditions, standards, and DOTMLPF-P considerations.
• Develop analytical products with traceable rationale and verification considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the requirements analyst supporting the Government SME and engineers in ACIDS documentation development.
• Develop and staff ACIDS requirements products (ICD, A-CDD, CDD, CPD, STRAP).
• Create CONEMPs and use cases for Live Training Systems and ensure alignment with operational threads and standards.
• Capture, document, and maintain requirements-analysis data in KDP within deadlines.
• Conduct or support capability gap analyses, assessments, and cost-benefit analyses as directed.
