Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a TES Requirements Analyst with an active Secret clearance to support ACIDS documentation and Live Training systems. You will develop ICDs, CDDs, STRAPs, and CPDs, and staff requirements packages while coordinating with Army and DoD stakeholders.

Your role requires strong analytical skills, report writing, and the ability to meet tight suspense dates in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing ACIDS documentation and staffable requirements packages.
• Ability to translate operational needs into staffable requirements products.
• Strong written and oral communication in a government environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and staff ACIDS documentation across ICD, A-CDD, CDD, CPD, STRAP and other documents.
• Support capability gap analyses, DOTMLPF-P assessments, and analyses of alternatives.
• Maintain requirements traceability, data in KDP, and version-controlled records.
• Coordinate validation and approval with Army Commands, services, and DoD agencies.
