Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Tactical Command and Control (C2) Operations SME for the Combat Air Forces Distributed Training Center at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate training for US and allied aircrew, JTACs, and other air operations roles using ASCOT, CES, NGTS, and MACE in distributed mission environments.

An active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. Travel up to 10% and senior C2 experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Former Air Battle Manager (ABM), Air Intercept Controller (AIC) or Weapons Director (WD) with E-3, E-2, CRC, TAOC, or BMCS experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ command and control experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and meetings to discuss unit training requirements and incorporate them into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
