Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Tactical Command and Control (C2) Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA, to facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrews, ABMs, and JTACs using ASCOT, CES, NGTS, and MACE.

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. Expect to travel up to 10% and to engage in mission planning, execution, and debrief of LFEs and other exercises.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAR
• Former ABM, AIC, or Weapons Director with listed platforms
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD with required years of experience
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 or equivalent manual
• Knowledge of ALSSA Brevity and ALSSA Air Control Communication
• Recent operational experience or simulator exposure
• Ability to travel ~10%

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, materials creation, briefing, execution and debrief of LFEs and Small Team events
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and incorporate unit training requirements
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training and doctrine development, scenario design and data analysis
